Christian McBride is an undisputed virtuoso of the bass, and he's worked with Chick Corea on some truly brilliant and diverse jazz in the last 15 years. From the Remembering Bud Powell project through the Five Peace Band, Freedom Band, and this year's Corea + McBride + Blade trio, Chick and Christian have established a deep, improvisational rapport.
